COVID 19 is affecting everyone. Here at Nitelife DJ all our DJs are safe and healthy and staying home. During our downtime we are practicing DJ sets and organizing and updating our music libraries.
We understand that these are hard times for everyone both mentally and financially. If you have an upcoming Wedding that you have booked with us and you have paid the deposit here is what will happen if you need to postpone or cancel.
– If you need to postpone your date your deposit will transfer to the new date. If we are unavailable on your new date we will contact our friends in the DJ Industry that we trust and see if they can cover your date. If we can’t find a replacement DJ for you then we will send back your deposit.
– If you cancel then the contract applies which means we will only return your deposit if we are able to secure a new booking on your date.
With any new bookings for 2020 and 2021 we are extending the deposit due date from 15 days to 60 days in case couples are under financial strain. If you are able to pay the deposit you can pay at any time up to the 90 days. Your date will be held in good faith until the deposit is received to hold the date. After 90 days if you did not send the deposit and we did not receive a request for an extension we will have to release the date.
